Welcome to The Fearless in Love Club

Get started by watching the onboarding video below!

This is the space you’ve been craving to finally begin working on your relationship anxiety so it doesn’t have to hold you down any longer! Let yourself relax and open up to support from this loving community. In FILC, you are never alone!

Gain support, get inspired, ask questions, meet accountability buddies, learn how to heal, and turn this struggle into an opportunity for transformation!

I created this club because I remember struggling through relationship anxiety, anxious attachment, and long-distance, desperately trying to find other people who were navigating the same things and could offer support. I learned the hard way that these are topics most people don’t yet understand, and was met with comments like “Maybe it isn’t meant to be, then” and “Why don’t you just break up?”. This devastated me because all I really wanted was to be understood, supported, and cheered on. I wanted someone to say, “I get that it seems hard now, but you can do this and it’ll be worth it”. It was out of that desire that this community was born!

Content Guidelines: Creating a Supportive Space:

Our community forums are designed to be a safe and uplifting space for women navigating relationship anxiety. We believe in fostering an environment of encouragement, understanding, and shared resources. To ensure the well-being of all members, we kindly request that posts adhere to the following guidelines:

Positive and Supportive Tone: Please maintain a positive and supportive tone in your posts. We encourage sharing experiences, insights, and resources that contribute to a sense of community and empowerment.

Avoid Graphic Material: To ensure the comfort of all members, we ask that posts refrain from including graphic material. Let's keep the content respectful, considerate, and focused on constructive discussions.

No Trigger Warnings, Please: In our community, we aim to create a space that feels welcoming and safe for everyone. Therefore, we kindly request that posts do not include trigger warnings. If you feel the need to share content that might require a trigger warning, we recommend discussing it with a mental health professional who can provide personalized support.

Resource Sharing and General Guidance: The forums are intended for sharing resources, offering encouragement, and providing general guidance. While we value the sharing of personal experiences, please remember that our community is not a substitute for trauma therapy. If you find yourself needing support for more sensitive topics, we encourage you to seek guidance from a mental health professional.

Breakup Posts: We understand that breakups can be a common trigger for those dealing with relationship anxiety, and we appreciate your understanding in fostering a supportive environment. To maintain the well-being of our members, we kindly ask that if you are currently experiencing a breakup, you refrain from posting about it within the group. These posts will be removed to protect the collective atmosphere of the community.

We acknowledge the emotional challenges that accompany breakups and want to emphasize that this guideline is in place to maintain a positive and uplifting space for everyone. If you find yourself navigating a breakup and are seeking support, we encourage you to explore external resources such as friends, family, or professional counselors. There are also various online communities and helplines that specialize in providing assistance during difficult times.

We want to assure you that even if you're currently dealing with a breakup, you are more than welcome to stay in the group to work on personal growth and self-discovery.

Reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions or feedback! This space is for you, and I would love to customize it based on your ideas and preferences!
